Profile Media Policy

As of April 8, 2024, models will no longer be permitted to include nudity in their main profile picture, profile picture gallery, or profile intro video. Please note that nudity remains permitted in free feed posts, though models should consider whether free nudes encourage users to spend.

SextPanther is updating this policy as a measure to help protect the business from the recent wave of anti-porn legislation advancing across state legislatures in the US. The move also supports the company’s continuing efforts to encourage site users to engage with models and purchase locked content.

Impermissible Content in the Main Profile Picture, Profile Gallery Pictures, and Profile Intro Video

  • exposing genitalia and the skin immediately surrounding

  • exposing the anus and the skin immediately surrounding

  • exposing the areola or nipples of the female breasts

  • exposing the pubic area, including pubic hair

  • exhibiting ejaculation, whether real or simulated

  • showing penetration of any kind, including with sex toys or objects intended to replicate, resemble, or simulate genitalia and sexual acts

  • censoring any of the above in any way, including blurring, pixelation, placing graphics, emojis, text, etc.

Action Required

It is your responsibility to remove impermissible content from your main profile picture, profile gallery pictures, and profile intro video by April 8, 2024.

Beginning April 9, 2024, model profiles will start being reviewed for impermissible content. 

  • If a model has impermissible content in their profile, this content will be removed. Permissible content will remain.

  • If a model has only impermissible content in their profile, this content will be removed, causing the profile to be delisted. The model will be notified via email if delisting occurs. The model may then upload permissible content to have their profile relisted.

  • If a model must have their content removed multiple times, they risk suspension of their account.
