✨ Site Updates: Coming Soon!
We’ve got a whole slew of updates and bug fixes coming at the end of this month and into December 👇👇👇 When each of these updates goes live, you’ll see a pink banner announcement on the Model Dashboard when you log in to the browser.
✍️ Editing Mass Messages. Accidentally send an MM mid-sentence? Forgot to lock a racy MM vid? With this update, you’ll be able to edit the text and price of a mass message after you send it.
🔗 Clickable Site Links. In messages, links with platform URLs (sextpanther.com, mynx.co) will be clickable. If you want to send a user to a specific feed post, clicking the link will take them directly there.
🤙 Call Back. If you refund a call, the user sees a pop-up notification about the refund. As long as you’re still available for calls, that pop-up message will now include a button to immediately call you back.
🚫 Bad Connection Warning. The text that shows if you or the user has a bad connection during a video call will now be more discreet so that it doesn’t take up so much space.
💬 Filtering MMs out of DMs. In your individual conversations with users, you’ll see Personal Messages and Mass Messages will now have their own tabs (the user’s view doesn’t change). If you’ve sent several mass messages after your last interaction with a user, you’ll now be able to easily view the last real conversation you had with them.
📋 Earnings Log. From the Model Dashboard on the browser, you’ll be able to view each transaction on your account to track your earnings history in more detail.
🥸 User Nicknames. You’ll be able to create a nickname for each of your users, and you can include emojis in the name. If a user tells you their name is Tom but their username is FootLuvrrr69, you can rename them to “🦶Tom.” In the search bar, you’ll still be able to search by their real username or the nickname you gave them.
🐛 Bug Fixes
By the end of November, several bugs should be fixed. Here are just a handful to highlight:
You’ll no longer get stuck in the pre-call confirmation window for video calls once both you and the user have confirmed.
When you record a video from your desktop browser, the audio will no longer cut in and out of the recording.
If your calls are on and you switch your availability status to Unavailable, calls will no longer remain on.
In Messages, there will no longer be duplicate users shown and filters will load all results.
When you play back an audio message, it will only play once (instead of twice over itself) and you’ll be able to close out of it.
In the right side panel in Messages, the media and notes displayed will be for the user selected (instead of the previously selected user).
When you search for a text string in messages and then go to that message and scroll down, the chat will now load properly.
If a Feed post has more than one model tagged and you untag one model, only that model will be untagged (rather than all tagged models in the post).
After a video call ends, the user will appropriately show in the Recents filter for Messages.

💆 Aftercare 101
Aftercare is a crucial part of maintaining not only your users' emotional well-being, but yours too!
Why Provide Aftercare?
Phone, video, and even sexting sessions can be emotionally and physically intense. Aftercare ensures your user feels grounded, safe, and respected after the session. Checking in and providing some level of support helps them feel cared for and reassures them about the experience.
Ways to Provide Care During Sessions
Check-in verbally: Ask how they feel, “How do you like that? Is this enjoyable?”
Watch for cues: In video calls where you can see the user, look for signs like tension or distraction and ask, “Are you still enjoying this? Do you want to take a break?”
Reinforce positivity: Compliment their participation with phrases like, “You’re doing great; I appreciate you sharing that.”
Ways to Provide Care After Sessions
Stay connected: After the session, check in with “I hope you're feeling great! Take care of yourself and drink some water.”
Express gratitude: Let them know you enjoyed the session, “I had so much fun, I’d love to do this again!”
Ask for feedback: A simple follow-up like, “Is there anything you'd like to change for next time?” shows you're attentive.
Performers Need Aftercare Too!
Aftercare isn’t just for your customers; it’s for you too! After long sessions, you should prioritize your well-being by:
Taking time to rest and recharge yourself.
Hydrating and snacking to stay energized (YUM).
Setting boundaries and taking breaks to allow yourself to recharge.
Rewarding yourself with something you enjoy—a treat or a relaxing activity.
By integrating aftercare practices, you and your users can help stay emotionally healthy, feel valued, and be ready for more meaningful sessions. Stay grounded!

👋 SWOP Behind Bars Holiday Greetings 💝
If you’ve been with us for at least a few months, you may remember that we highlighted SWOP Behind Bars (SBB) in our July newsletter. Read more about SBB here.
During the holidays, they coordinate a mail drive to send supportive messages to incarcerated sex workers. When someone hears their name during Mail Call, it’s not only a reminder that people on the outside care, it’s also a message to the guards and other incarcerated people that this person has not been forgotten.
Interested in participating? Sign up here! Once you submit the form, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions along with the names and addresses of the people you’ll write to. All you need is a pen, paper and envelope (or postcard), and postage!
Regarding the form—You can use your stage name instead of your given name to start the form but do use an email address you check. Though it asks for your phone number and physical address, you can write "n/a" if you aren't comfortable sharing. If you’re ok at least sharing your state and country, that's great! SBB uses that info to support their program planning.
