Creating Custom Content:
The Delivery
estimated reading time: 3 min
Do your best to deliver the custom as requested within the timeframe you agreed to. If something comes up that will prevent you from completing the request or that will delay your delivery, communicate with the user as soon as possible. Do not ignore them or avoid addressing the issue; as in the rest of life, this behavior will only worsen the situation.
If you will be delayed in your delivery, be as accurate as you can about when the user can expect the custom. When you’re finally able to work on it, you can send a flirty message, such as “I’m about to make the video. I hope you’re getting as excited as I am!” If you truly cannot complete the request or if the user is not ok with your new timeline, consider offering a refund. You can message the user, and if they accept, then email models@sextpanther.com to request that the tip be refunded to the user.
After you upload the media to the message thread in SP with the user and before you send it, press the play button to ensure there are no issues with the final recording—no glitching, sound works, doesn’t start or end with a weird cut, etc.
If you upload to the app, tap the play button to preview.
If you upload to the mobile browser, tap the thumbnail, then tap the play button.
If you upload to the desktop browser, double click the thumbnail, then click the play button.
In all instances, tap or click the speaker icon so the sound is on and ensure your volume is up high enough to hear so that you can check the audio quality.
Once you’ve uploaded and checked the media, you’re ready to send! If you want, you can send a text message with the media to remind them what you’re sending. Since the user has already sent a tip to pay for the custom, set the price at $0 so that it is now free for them to unlock. After you send the media, go to your Tips tab in the browser and check off the corresponding tip, marking this task as completed.
FAQ
What should you do if a user tips you for a custom but then they delete their account? When users choose to delete, they're warned twice that chat history, content they paid for, and credits cannot be recovered. So if they tip you and then delete, you are not obligated to make the custom. That said, if you know a particular user has a pattern of deleting their account and returning, you can consider making the custom to have on hand for when they return.
