Tagging Posts—Explained
You can now add content tags to your feed posts for better discoverability! Adding a tag is easy—simply type a relevant #hashtag in your post caption and it will become a clickable link. Users will be able to search by and click on content tags to see additional posts with the same tag. The purpose of this update is to increase models’ visibility to the users looking for specific types of tagged content.
Details
All feed posts—whether to Explore or just your profile—can include hashtags.
You can include up to 3 hashtags in each post.
Each hashtag can be up to 30 characters—you can type anything that’s relevant and doesn’t violate the Code of Conduct.
Start by typing the # symbol and then the tag you want to use. As you type, you’ll see a selection of previously created tags with the same letters you’re typing—just like when you tag an Instagram post.
If your tag is more than one word, do not add spaces between words.
